Bug Description
If you install ubuntu-snappy onto a desktop system kernel packages fail to upgrade:
Generating grub configuration file ...
Warning: Setting GRUB_TIMEOUT to a non-zero value when GRUB_HIDDEN_TIMEOUT is set is no longer supported.
ERROR: cannot determine partition label for rootfs /dev/sda1
run-parts: /etc/kernel/
dpkg: error processing package linux-image-
subprocess installed post-removal script returned error exit status 1
This appears to be due to the file /etc/grub.

I think this might have been from an older version - the package probably needs to explicitly remove this file from /etc as it will remain after uninstall.
