phone still vibrates if vibrations are turned off

I do have vibrations turned off except on incoming calls. I do still get vibrations when tapping.
I have so far come across that issue at:
browser: menu icon, forward and backward buttons
photogalery: menu icon, backward button
calendar: menu buttons
Textsecure-app: all functions
dekko: all functions
notes: all functions

Yes that bugreport is definitly adressing the same issue.
I just found out that the calculator is vibrating at all functions as well.

I would like to be able to entirely turn of vibrations - as the option in settings suggest - because I do not like my phone vibrating all the time.
