Bug Description

long pressing on any website in the 'setup' menu takes the user to the "reorder" option, but there is no save or back option to be found there. so the user is forced to close the app. the rearrangement is not saved anyway. if i remember correctly this option worked alright previously.

Analysis:
The problem has arisen after upgreding to "Ubuntu.Components 1.3", IMHO it is caused by a bug in Ubuntu.Components.
After changed back to "Ubuntu.Components 1.2" website reordering works again.
