[dashboard][glare] "Find in selected category" js doesn't work

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Enable usage of glance artifacts in Glance and Murano
2. Log in Web UI
3. Upload some packages into the Murano
4. Create environment and navigate to environment components page
5. Add a couple of component to the env
6. Type the name of one of the imported packages in "Find in selected category" field and click on "Enter"
Observed result:
"Enter" triggers deletion of component from environment, not a search of desired package

Search does not work indeed, but deletion of component does not happen either, unless you tab couple times to highlight Delete Component button and then press Enter.
