Bug Description

With Ubuntu's GTK+ 3 Theme, the orange dotted line is so thin, it's practically invisible and the red button highlight is missing. This makes it appear that the window is not in focus and you must use the mouse to select the dialog buttons.

This looks quite different and fine (IMHO) in focal. Are you sure about the focal tag?

This bug is from 2016 at this time yaru was not yet existing. What is this bug about? Ambiance?

Yeah, let's not get focal or Yaru involved here. If anyone has a problem with focal or Yaru they should open a new bug with a screenshot of whatever is bothering them.
