[Rationale]
We want to switch from Ubuntu Software Center to GNOME Software.
[Security]
No known security issues. Is mostly a wrapper around PackageKit so does most operations indirectly.
[Quality assurance]
Runs well in Debian / Ubuntu.
[Dependencies]
Requires fwupd (bug 1536871), limba (bug 1536872) and appstream (bug 1538293) to be in main. All other dependencies in main already.
[Standards compliance]
Follows GNOME standards.
[Maintenance]
Will be maintained in Debian and also by Ubuntu desktop team.
