Refactor out commonly used doctest methods for translation imports

Bug Description

We have a few repeated methods like import_pofile_or_potemplate in a couple of tests: translationformat/doc/kde-po-file-format.txt and translationformat/doc/import-flags.txt (to be committed with super-fast-imports-phase1 fix).

We should refactor these out of the tests themselves, probably make use of them in other similar tests (just grepping for addOrUpdateEntry should give a good starting point).
