Bug Description

Hello,

When switching scopes, for instance going from application list to «today» scope (I use apps scope as default one, today is the second one), I can see the previous data in the today scope during the switching animation, but once I get there, it’s emptied and there is the orange bar at the bottom indicating it’s loading, and it reloads the data.
It takes about two seconds before I get the content.

Most of the time, the content is the same than before, because it’s the same date, and I’m in the same place.
So I think scope should keep in cache their previous state and show it while reloading the data. Otherwise it’s just frustrating, I see the scope while switching and then I get a blank screen and I have to wait. And it means if I switch scopes quickly to get to the 5th one, I will only pass blank screens while getting there.

On a similar note, using the store when on a slow connection is a really bad experience because of nothing kept in cache. If I install an application and go back to the list, the list is reloaded and it takes a few seconds, and so on.
I was used to Fdroid on Android which syncs once and then lets you navigate in the app list and descriptions really quickly. (meaning without loading times like in ubuntu store)
