[1.9.0] Selecting boot radio on Available disks can't be undone

Bug Description
There is a boot toggle on the "Available disks and partitions" table for a physical drive, I clicked it to see what it was for, then found myself unable to restore the setting back to tell MAAS to try booting off of the Used disk (where it was before)

Note that this leaves the node unbootable, and the only way out when using the UI is to recommission the node.
