Bug Description

STEPS:
1. Flash a device
2. Connect a bluetooth mouse
3. Let the device sleep
4. Leave it for a couple of minutes
5. Wake the device do not move the mouse
6. Device is in phone mode
7. UNlock the device and move the mouse
8. Device after 30+ seconds flips back to windowed mode

EXPECTED:
When a mouse is connected I expect the device to always be in windows mode regardless of if the mouse is in sleep mode

ACTUAL:
When the mouse is in sleep mode it is like it is disconnected and the windowed mode is no longer active.
