Bug Description
Tempest supports a plugin model to define and run functional tests.
This model has at least two advantages, which solum can benefit from.
- It allows tests to be run in parallel
- It allows dynamic generation of testing creds
This is a wishlist bug to convert solum's functional tests to use the plugin model.
