1. Deploy MOS 8.0(3 controlleres, 1 hw compute, neutron vxlmn, experimental group, Murano, Artifacts)
2. SSH to master-node
3. Try to upload package into glance artifact repository.

Code 400 returned and package wasn't uploaded into repository.
