Bug Description
When there's a certain number of tabs open, with the tab bar visible, close buttons overlap the icons and the new tab button overlaps the trailing tab.

Apparently it's impossible to take a screenshot of it on Unity7/ Xenial. I only ever get a picture of whatever is behind Browser. I don't know what is happening.
