what is mean with "full TLS v1.2" support? or what error popup on using adcs hubs?

The error msg is: Connect failed: TLS Error
Hubsoftware ist Luadch (https://github.com/luadch/luadch). The hubsoftware allow only AES256 included cipher suites (ECDHE-ECDSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384).
I connect the hub with keyprint:
adcs://hub_with_dyndns.org:12345/?kp=SHA256/XXXX.....XXXX (some date are anonymized)
