Bug Description

Any first time the DocViewer project is loaded through QtCreator, all the click dependencies are downloaded and copied to the build folder.
This is a huge waste of time, since the amount of downloaded data is about 80MB.

We should cache these dependencies somewhere on the desktop, and try to fetch them instead if available.
