Wmgui no "file" menu

Bug Description

The menu with that would normally contain "file, edit. help, etc." is missing, so I can't pair a wiimote. I tried changing the location of it from in the window to on the top in Unity settings, but it didn’t help.

It took me a stupid long time to fix this out. The file menu is the thing at the very top when you have the wmgui window selected, show here:
