[8.0-pkg-systest-ubuntu] Connectivity issues when installing packages on slave nodes

Job https://packaging-ci.infra.mirantis.net/job/8.0-pkg-systest-ubuntu/1813/ is affected.

Nodes 5 and 6 (see https://paste.mirantis.net/show/1727/ ) failed to deploy. Looking at puppet.log at nodes 5 or 6 the following error can be found:

  404 Not Found

E: Unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix-missing?

Use repository snapshot for system test

System test is long-runnig process and during it run repositories may be
changed.

So it's need to replace repository URLs to snapshot ones.
