Bug Description
Currently, the vast majority of plugins have 'fuel' as their project in configuration.
This prevents bugs reported in fuel-plugins LP project from being closed with Fix Committed status automatically.
To get rid of this problem, we need to replace 'fuel' with 'fuel-plugins' like in this sample commit on xenserver:
