Bug Description
We need to add a new method to update plugin settings.
Currently we have two issues:
1) If we have several installed versions of plugin, it's necessary to set id of desired version plugin.
2) Plugins settings were moved to another section. It's necessary to add a new method to modify settings of desired plugin (take into account his version).
