Please confirm on the plugin name, since prefix of the name must start with 'fuel-plugin-'. So my proposition is:
"fuel-plugin-nuage-openstack"

We tried pushing our plugin code files to "https://github.com/openstack/fuel-plugin-nuage.git" repo that was created but it seems that none of us "rparulek" or "vishpat" are able to push changes into this repository.

We get the following error:

remote: Permission to openstack/fuel-plugin-nuage.git denied to rparulek.
fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/openstack/fuel-plugin-nuage.git/': The requested URL returned error: 403

I assume we are supposed to push the plugin code files directly into this repository as per the Fuel plugins wiki:

Hi.

You need to clone the repo from openstack gerrit:
https://review.openstack.org/#/admin/projects/openstack/fuel-plugin-nuage

Then work on repo and then:
git add .
git commit
git review.

this is typical workflow.
