Can't delete stack with SoftwareComponent

I created a stack using the example in heat-templates: https://github.com/openstack/heat-templates/blob/master/hot/software-config/example-templates/example-sw-component-template.yaml

When I tried to delete the stack, I went in an infinite loop. The associated SoftwareDeployment gets into a loop creating and deleting a derived config. I don't know yet what's the proper behavior.

    Don't wait for undefined actions in SoftwareComponent

    This skips deploying a configuration on SoftwareDeployment if the
    associated SoftwareComponent doesn't define a script for the action.
