[infra] [tempest] Some infrastructure network connectivity issues during tempest tests execution

Hi infra team, looks like we need to check LXC containers for Tempest tests and restart them to fix the issues with environment. It looks like we have many errors during the last 10 days because of network connectivity issues on the lab.

504 gateway timeout on master node - probably because mirrors were not available from the environment:

504 means gateway timeout.
It's about proxying. We don't have any proxy for our mirrors or github.
Please clarify what connectivity issues are you got(i.e. between what and what).

PS. Based on the log I see you got 504 while tried to clone the repo(please fix me if I'm wrong.
This means it's not about connectivity but about your git hosting(GitHub?).
There was some issue on the service during the holidays.
Anyway we need more details about what you tried to do and where have you got the issue.

Please get the bug back when you fill them.
