Bug Description
In section 'Edit and update Block Storage service quotas':
4. Update a particular quota value.
$ cinder quota-update --quotaName NewValue tenantID
5. Clear per-tenant quota limits.
$ cinder quota-delete tenantID
Shouldn't it be '$tenant' instead of 'tenantID' in step 4 and 5 (as step 3 suggests to place the tenant ID in a variable)?

In my opinion It should be 'tenantID' not '$tenant', as commands in step 4 and 5 are generalized command. '$tenant' is present in the example of step 4 that is correct.
