[Gutsy] KDevelop on Xubuntu doesn't show in the menu

Bug Description

I installed KDevelop on Xubuntu Gutsy, however, I can't access it from the Applications menu. I have to either manually launch it from Alt-F2 or Add it to the menu using Alacarte.

I see this in Xubuntu 8.4 RC AMD64 desktop as well.

I am confirming this bug. It does have a duplicate and is still an issue in Hardy 8.04.

Thanks for helping to make Xubuntu better.
