Bug Description
Upgrade to linux 4.3.0-5 generic.
Computer boots to low-resolution screen. Keyboard + Mouse does not function. Network connection displayed as disconnected.
Selecting prior kernel 3.16.0-57 generic from the GRUB menu on reboot resumes normal functionality.
