Bug Description

In Observability plugin the altitude data is incorrect.

Example:
1) Location: Barnaul, Russia
2) Date: 2016/1/6 22:37:26 (UTC+6)
3) Object: Rigel

Altitude of Rigel in info block is 28d28'59.3"/28d27'9,2" (apparent/geometric) and 29.0/28.5d (apparent/geometric).

Hi!

Indeed, the altitude information was not corrected properly for refraction, since the altitude was computed with respect to the altitude of the refraction-corrected horizon, instead of the geographical horizon.

I've corrected this (and also some minor corrections already noted by GZ and BM.

     Cheers,

        Ivan
