Please backport SDDM 0.13 from Xenial

with reference to bug #1516837 (update-request SDDM 0.13 for Xenial – status=fixed)

we'd like to ask to have this backported to Wily, since it fixes numberous failures.

Any news on this request? Addition: I am using SDDM 0.13 from kubuntu-backports-ppa and have no issues so far.
