xrandr resets after removing random file/folder

Bug Description

I am using freya.

I have changed display color using the command

     xrandr --output VGA1 --gamma 1.28:1:1.28

It works fine until any random file/folder is deleted. This behavior is happening only for the first time on each boot. It also same when I kept in start-up applications.

This is also an issue when using redshift
