Bug Description
When using budgie-desktop (instead of gnome-shell) as display manager, Haguichi doesn't use client side decorations and falls back to the old window decorations. Maybe an other method can be used to detect whether client side decorations are supported on a machine.
I'm using Gnome 3.18 on Arch Linux.

Last time I checked Budgie reported itself as GNOME in the XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP environment variable, so Haguichi would in this case obviously use client side decorations. But maybe this variable has been changed. Can you tell me the result when you execute "env | grep XDG_CURRENT_ DESKTOP" inside a terminal on your Budgie desktop?
