Bug Description

When running powertop in the terminal window on a crown beach platform, powertop reports that ppmd is the 2nd most offending process for interrupting the CPU with an average of 10 to 11 interruptions per second. The expectation is that this should be closer to 1 or less than 1.

I can not reproduce this bug on crownbeach either. So I will verify this bug first. Rob, if you find this problem again, you could reopen this bug.
