ironic-conductor does not load fake driver

Deploying OpenStack Ironic (Liberty) on Ubuntu Trusty, ironic-conductor fails to start and fails to load fake driver.

Is this issue still impacting on Mitaka deployements (I see that was a liberty related bug).
