Bug Description
When we trigger a audit and the keystone authentication has failed for any reason the state of the strategy is blocked in "pending". The state should pass to the state "failed" after a timeout.

Can not reproduce it on latest commit. An Exception is correctly raised when authentication failed (I set "default1" as bad domain name) and audit state is set to FAILED.
