If we change an option with an value longer than the old one, the config file gets messed up.

Bug Description
For example we set the baskpath from default to an real path the lines will be messed up. Thats because the part of the value that is longer than the old one replaces the next line. Thats happing because there isnt any extra space in the file for the extra part of the value.
