Bug Description
Windows 10
Integrated graphics ( Reported OpenGL 1.1)
Mixxx 2.0 release
LateNight skin
I've detected a small zoom error in amplitude with some of the waveform renderers.
On the playback waveform there's the following (I'm always confused by the "summary" and "overview" naming, so playing means the one that moves and complete means the one that doesn't move)
Concretely, the RGB and RGB (GL) do not show the same amplitude zoom. I initially thought that this was because of replaygain, but I see that both graphics respond to the LUFS setting in preferences.
On a side note, the Filtered graphic seems to have an amplitude different than those in Simple, HSV and RGB graphics. It might be because the separation in frequencies implies that the peaks are lower, but maybe it is because it is using a different scale representation (logarithmic versus linear?)
On the complete waveform, it feels like they have a different amplitude, but it might be a consequence of what it is seen in the playing waveform.
I attack graphics showing what I mean.
