The time in world time section is not adjusted to 24h format

Bug Description
With 24h format set, world time is still displayed AM/PM style in
(1) drop down (after activating world times in : Time & date -> Clock -> Time in other locations)
(2) in the settings (Time & date: the field "Time" at the very bottom)
