Wrong place of the local file to be copied to the timeout plugin directory

By some reasons path for file to be copied to replace tasks.yaml in plugin directory is wrong.
We should fix path and use /tmp folder for it

    Fix path for modified file to be copied

    By some reasons we use wrong path for file reboot_tasks.yaml.
    This path should point us to the /tmp directory on the jenkins
    slave instead of path to the tests workspace.
