Toshiba Notebook Satellite L10-161 ACPI-Battery-Problem

since i upgraded from edgy to feisty the sbs-kernel-module
does not discover the battery in my toshiba notebook any
more. i know there is a workaround at
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/ACPIBattery
but as it worked in edgy, i think it worth investigating in that
bug..?

This is not a bug in the linux-meta package, moving to the linux package.
