Mixxx won't remember the preset for Behringer CMD 4a

"Downloaded the mapping and added it to the other controllers in Mixxx's program files. It will let me choose it as the controller however it becomes blank if I close the preferences window. Happens with mapping for every controller. "
"Downloaded 2.0, same issue. As soon as I hit apply, the preset changes from cmd 4a back to "...". None of my tracks will even load in 2.0"

I posted some follow-up on the Reddit thread. Switching to "..." after hitting apply is actually normal behavior. This is because the preset is copied from res/controllers to the user preset path and we lose the fact that it was a system preset. Making this smoother would be a nice polish project for the Controller system.
Maybe we could has all the inputs/outputs/info to keep track of whether any changes have been made and if none are made relative to a system preset we could keep that name / select that combobox item.
