We need to install several packages for all mos-qa-ci servers pool

we need to add to puppet manifests the following packages (required for MOS tests):

qemu-utils
libvirt-bin
libvirt-dev

python-virtualenv
libpq-dev
libgmp-dev

Could you please add these packages to puppet manifests and install them on srv97-bud.infra.mirantis.net

@Timur, now this server has product_slave and I'm not sure those packages are needed on all the product_slave's.
Is it the complete list of packages you need?
Asking because we normally need to create dedicated role for you.
