Stop using auth_uri from keystone_authtoken section

Bug Description

Previously Heat wrongly used auth-uri from keystone_authtoken section.

Instead it we should use separate trustee section like it was done for devstack here:

There are examples before and after this patch:

Also option "deferred_auth_method" can be removed, because default value is already "trusts".
