Bug Description

Steps to recreate:

1. Install Fuel
2. Deploy MOS 7.0 Kilo based cloud with SSL Endpoints enabled
3. Perform manual reconfiguration of Keystone for AD/LDAP integration including AD Domains as reference
4. Attempt to configure and run Tempest tests suite against it

Result: The Tempest tests cause the Keystone Endpoints to fail. SSL ceases to be allowed access to the Cloud.

NOTE: This bug is being registered at the request of Technicolor. The issue is currently impeding their deployment. More comprehensive data will be gathered and submitted as soon as it becomes available from the deployment site.
