Bug Description

Hello,

After 5-10 min of use, displays an unicolored (full) screen (light blue after sys updates, purple before). System seems running (disk activity). Switching to TTY displays black screen.

Frequency of reproduction has spaced. After having it 5-6 times in the first 30min, I could use the machine without incident for almost 2 hours, and then ~2h again after this last incident. Then I shut the machine down normally.

FM33, thank you for reporting this and helping make Ubuntu better.

To see if this is already resolved, could you please test http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ and advise to the results?

There is no more issue so far. May be because of setting up TearFree intel option. I didn't do anything else.
