devstack not working with keystone v3

when deploying through devstack with keystone v3, murano does not work right.

This is caused because of auth_uri is hard coded to use keystone v2.0 in murano.conf

Can you please provide more logs? Otherwise it's not clear — what's not working and how you're going to fix it.
