Observed the pkt0 received the query but dont see the same been sent across to the controller and even sandeshTrace of DnsBind doesnt show any traces of the query

Its a Juju provisioned setup of R2.21-102 with openstack Kilo

Seems like a juju provisioning issue and the dns service wasnt running.
