Bug Description

SRU Justification

    Impact:
The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating either directly from a mainline/stable Linux tree or
a minimally backported form of that patch. The v3.13.11-ckt32 upstream stable
patch set is now available. It should be included in the Ubuntu
       kernel as well.

It appears the IPv4 version to 'fix static mfc/dev leaks on table destruction' (Upstream 0e615e9601a15) was not included even though the IPv6 version was.

@Kenny - Thanks very much for noticing and reporting this. I'll ensure that the missing commit makes it into in the next 3.13-stable release (and likewise the next 3.19-stable release, as it was missing there too).
