Bug Description
In NAV versions up to 4.3, ipdevpoll will autocreate new type records for unknown types by adding it to the `unknown` vendorid. This can cause various problems with NAV's operation, as parts of NAV will select proprietary extensions based on the associated vendor id. For example, PortAdmin will not use proper Cisco MIBs unless the registered vendor id for the switch is 'cisco'.
Each vendor has an enterprise number, assigned by IANA, which is usually part of the sysObjectID of the vendor's products. ipdevpoll should automatically select a vendor id based on this, and even possibly create new vendor id's if necessary. The former can be achieved by seeing which other type records exist with the same enteprise number in their sysObjectID, and seeing which vendorid these tend to point to.
