Bug Description

On https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/start/ubuntu-for-devices/porting-new-device/, there are several instance of an outdated link that can confuse those looking at the guide, or lead to a lack of information.

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Building is linked to in several places on the page, however it redirects back to the first link (https://developer.ubuntu.com/en/start/ubuntu-for-devices/porting-new-device/)

This occurs 4 times throughout the page.

In addition, http://kernel.ubuntu.com/git/?p=ubuntu/ubuntu-utopic.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/mako is linked to and it returns an error.

All other links seem to work, but I can't vouch for their accuracy.

Also in the mako section:

http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-touch/daily-preinstalled/current/vivid-preinstalled-touch-armhf.tar.gz is not valid anymore.

Not a link per se, but in the porting section, more or less the same problem:

> $ ROOTFS="utopic-preinstalled-touch-armhf.tar.gz"
> $ wget -c "http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-touch/daily-preinstalled/current/$ROOTFS" -O "$OUT/$ROOTFS"

utopic-preinstalled-touch-armhf.tar.gz does not exist.

Also, not sure if it is the right place, but in the "Push to your device with rootstock-ng", we have a section:

> Rootstock-ng is a set of scripts to create an Ubuntu rootfs (or ISO) locally on your PC like it is done by the Ubuntu cdimage server. You can have a look at its README for more info on what is happening under the hood.

The "README" link points to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingApparmor#Fixing_profile_bugs, which does not seem right to me.
