Bug Description
Allow use of iLO as a power type vs. IPMI for HP iLO based machines.
Due to various issues with some HP boxes and their IPMI interfaces, it might be nice to allow communication directly via their XML iLO interfaces. The python library python-hpilo works really well on this.
