[vCenter] Deployment after adding a compute-vmware role has failed

Enviroment:
Compute: QEMU + vCenter
Networking Setup: Neutron with VMware DVS (ML2 plugin)
Storage backends: default
Additional services: all by default

Nodes:
Controller
Controller
Controller

Steps to reproduce:

1. Add a new node with compute-vmware role.
2. Assign a vmware cluster on node.
3. Try to deploy changes.

Observed behavior:

Deployment is failed with error: "Deployment has failed. Method granular_deploy. Deployment failed on nodes 1."

    Change vcenter_hooks.py

    There is the vcenter_hooks.py which add vcenter's hosts to certain
    aggregation. It works little wrong with compute-vmware nodes added
    after deployment. Fixes it.
