Bug Description

I am using Horizon - Version: 8.0.0
I am logging in using a user that is assigned to 2 projects in openstack.
After I switch to the other project from the top-left dropdown menu, the items from that dropdown disappears

You can see the attached screenshot.

So initially I was logged into the a project "X", the I switched to the project "dns".
As you can see, the dropdown remains empty if I open it again after.

I tested on the latest devstack environment, and can't recreate the issue, could you give me more steps?

Here is my steps in browser chrome:
1. Logon with admin
2. Create 2 projects: test01 and test02
3. Create 1 user: tester01
4. Associate the user with 2 projects
5. Then logon the openstack dashboard with user: tester01
6. Switch the projects, it worked well

are you using pki tokens in keystone? In my tests, it's reproducible with pki tokens, but not with uuid tokens.

According to the discussion above, it seems to happen only when PKI token is used.
PKI token was dropped from keystone as of now (queens release), so it seems the time to mark this as Won't Fix.
